“A really interesting and relaxing stay in a beautiful location”

The location is fantastic, right in the centre of the Old Town and a couple of minutes from the beach. Despite its central location it is very quiet inside the apartment (from outside noise), with very good triple glazing. The apartment is in an old historic building and is beautiful. Pedro, the host, was very responsive and helpful. It was thoughtful to have beach towels provided. Whilst there is a minimum of cooking equipment (pots and pans) there were sufficient for our needs and it was nice to be able to cook fresh food from the market, which is just round the corner. Santa Cruz is a lovely town and has a very good bus system, we didn't hire a car but were able to travel around using a combination of local buses, some day tours (La Palma Transfer and Tours) and a couple of taxis.

Spacious and beautifully appointed top floor appartment with spectacular roof terrace. All facilities were of the highest quality throughout. Plenty of nearby eating/drinking options. Once within the appartment (not on the roof terrace!) you were oblivious to the hustle and bustle on the street below - totally peaceful! Our host Pedro was excellent - could not have been more helpful.

The location in the city center is perfect, the terrace is amazing with view on the sea, the city and the surrounding mountains. The appartment has a lot of charm and is well renovated. The owner welcomed us even if we arrived late.

Eveidently historial. Very high quality window fittings which don’t impede on the historical architecture and extremely effective at suppressing unwanted noise from outside. Perfect location for bars, restaurants and shops. Lovely view overlooking the square. Immaculately clean throughout and there was nothing more we could have asked for. Great host. Very central location in the old town, but good double glazing in bedroom means totally quiet (not that the town was ever noisy while we were there!) Lovely sunny roof terrace (sun-umbrella there if needed), with a view to the sea. Very high spec kitchen and bathroom. Exceptionally clean and well-presented apartment in an historic building, with beautiful old wooden staircases and windows renovated to very high standard, and with all modern conveniences. Local shops including a good Spar meant getting supplies was easy, and plenty of bars and restaurants within a minute or two's walk. Found free street-parking just a few minutes' walk away. We were able to watch one of the Santa Semana parades from the terrace, as it passed by on the cobbled street below!
