The owner waited for us to arrive from the late ferry, 22.30 at night. Nice clean and modern apartment.

“Great place”
Stayed here over New Year - it was a clean, quiet and comfortable flat for the two of us. Kitchen is well equipped and there is a washing machine/dryer available too. The location is uphill from the main town, but there is a free lift that operates during the day and useful if you have heavy bags (check running hours). Otherwise if of any reasonable health the walk is fine!

Very good location. Close to the port, old center and beach. The apartment is clean and fully equipped, they think of all the details. The owner is helpful, good communication. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very good location, easy access from the city centre either a Ferry port. Great and easy communication with the owner. All facilities are prapared with new conditions. I wish I could stay more days while I was in santa cruz. I'll definitely book again when back. Thank you very much.

“Super apartment”
The apartment is very spacious. Equipped with everything you can move and more. Everything is well-kept, enough kitchen equipment, sharp knives. The beds were very comfortable, the location was very good. Contact with the owner was quick and nice.

Lovely clean and airy property. Kitchen was well equipped and has all necessary cleaning materials including d/w tabs. Bed extremely comfortable and shower great.
