Location is in the port. Santa crus is not big city but location is central. Apartment is new, wide and nice ecquipted.Kitchen big and spacy.

A wonderful apartment with a stunning view of the ocean. The check-in process was very fast and convenient. We paid in advance so as not to waste time upon arrival. The kitchen has almost everything you need. There are frying pans, pots, an oven, a kettle, an electric stove, a microwave, a large refrigerator, and much more. The only things missing are small things like salt and pepper. There are certain problems with the pressure in the shower, but this is perhaps the only drawback. In February, the apartment is not hot, especially if you close the curtains from the sun during the day. It was very pleasing that there were always free parking spaces near the house. The old town is very close on foot.

The flat is good located. It's was clean and well equiped. We always found parking place near entrance of building time during our stay. Met our expectations in terms above. A lot of people said that it was hot in the flat, well in January it wasn't.

It was a nice apartment, view on the harbour. The bed was too comfortable. Unfortunately the last night I could not enjoy it so long, I had to get up very early.

Nice and spacious appartment situated close to the port. To get to the upper part of the city where the appartment is situated you can walk up some stairs or you can take for free the Ascensor de la Luz (but it only works at specific hours). For us it was no problem, but it can be more difficult if you have big luggage. Check-in was easy, good communication with the owner. Washing machine was useful for us and worked well.

Amazing view, everything you need was provided. Very easy check in service also shortly before midnight.

Super apartment,appointed with everything you could need for a short stay.Only a 12 minute walk from the Ferry terminal.Less than a 10 minute walk into the centre of the town for all the bars, shops etc.check in was by key safe which was efficient so no waiting around for someone to let us in.

The location was perfect. Right next to the center of the city. The apartment was really wide. The bedroom was comfy and it has a a nice open closet. Everything was clean and well prepared and we even had some fruits as a welcome gift.
