“A pleasant week emersed in the historical old town; spectacular trips to the volcanic heights.”
Amiable and very helpful staff. Colourful, generous potted plants. Room size and general use of space in an old building, our (ground floor) access to the courtyard ; option for sun on the terrace; continuous access to good free coffee and a large fruit bowl. Well situated in the pretty old town for the squares, cobbles, cafes and museums; a few minutes to the promenade ass all as the beach, buses and the taxi rank. Excellent guided taxi trip to Muchachos and the North with Pedro. Fine black sand and comfortable sea swimming. Easy bus transfer to the airport.

“Great stay”
The staff was really lovely. Firstly, they wrote to us beforehand via the app and then upon arrival explained everything into detail and showed us the apartment we rented. Very spacious with AC/ TV and good WiFi. Very centrally located with some nice restaurants around plus supermarkets. Parking wasn't a problem, just up the road you will find a space. We would stay here again

“A really nice central located hotel with great staff”
The hotel is centrally located and close to the shopping and restaurant areas. We were able to walk to the hotel in 10-15 minutes after getting off the ferry. All the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Cold breakfasts are served daily. We had breakfast the first day but then decided to eat out for the rest of our stay, Our room was serviced daily which was nice. There is a trust policy for drinks which again is a nice touch.

“Highly recommended”
This is a beautiful typical Canarian property close to restaurants, bus stop and the ferry. We received the loveliest welcome from reception. We did not have breakfast included but we could have use of the coffee machine and the water dispenser. There is a lovely open terrace too.

The hotel is a dream! Located in an old townhouse in the center—yet still very quiet—the owners have succeeded in creating a charming boutique hotel. The service is excellent and courteous.

“Lovely boutique hotel right in centre of SC”
Lovely boutique hotel short walk from the main high street of La Palma, lovely common areas with a nice out door terrace and lovely breakfast room. The rooms are nicely designed and beds super comfortable. Liked the fact you get free water, fruit and coffees/teas during the day. And the breakfast is great!

Hotel San Telmo is a secluded, special sanctuary. Simply splendid. One of if not the nicest places I've ever stayed, gorgeous gardens, generous hosts, romantic and relaxing. Beautifully restored and maintained Casa Canaria combining all things historic, chic, and central, with plenty of practical resources. I booked for a week and stayed for two. Many thanks to Bernhard, Richard, Lorena, Maria, Thelma, and Louise+. Obra maestra 😊

Nice accomodation with balcony view on ocean and fresh wind. All clean and nice, good breakfast. You can also get refreshments out of a cooler in the hotel. Location is also great, close to old center but quite area.

There was nothing not to like. The staff were friendly and very helpful The hotel is better than the photos and the terrace is beautiful. We had a lovely, large room with sea views and the most comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again.

It really was an excellent experience. The boutique hotel is beautiful and tasteful. The location is quiet yet in the historic city centre of lovely Santa Cruz. Staff and owners very likeable. Stay there if you can. Full recommendation.
