Centrally located and easy to find

Large spacious rooms, staff very nice and liked the ability to check in and out at a wide range of times.

Excellent position on the seafront. Good view across the beach towards the harbour. So easy to walk from the apartment into the Old Town. Close to restaurants, cafes, beaches, supermarket & key attractions, Bus terminal a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and serviced daily. The foyer, entrance lounge, passages and stairs were also wonderfully clean. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant - all of them. The beds were comfortable, although I found the pillows a bit too high and firm. Lovely hot shower and a spacious shower enclosure. The kitchenette area was well laid out and had the basic, necessary kitchen utensils to be able to cook and eat there. It did have an induction hob & fridge. Additionally there was a table and chairs on the balcony, so we could sit out there, drink a nice cold beer and watch the world go by and also eat out there. We found it perfectly suited our requirements for the 3 nights we spent there. Parking was free and available on the street and we didn't encounter a problem getting a space.

Great location to explore the town. Bright, airy room with balcony overlooking the sea, lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea . Basic with no frills but exceptional value for money. Beds very comfortable , room quiet. Great to have cooking facilities .

Great view directly to the sea (3rd floor). Hardly no noise from the street (but the street was partially closed due to road works). Breakfast was OK but nothing special - but then again, for 7 euros you cannot expect more. Large room with very comfortable bed.

Perfect location, clean and simple but has everything needed including balcony and great views. The breakfast buffet included was good and the "double americano" made for me at the bar with no extra boiling water to fill up my cup but filling it up by going through the coffee machine's filter all the time until full cup was exquisite! 😋💖

The reception ladies are very kind and helpful, the same cannot be said about the restaurant staff.

I like the layout and being facing the sea. I was allocated in an apartment that gave me lot of freedom

The staff were really friendly and extremely helpful. The Apartment had everything we needed. It was clean and we had a lovely view of the sea. The hotel is in a quiet area on the sea front. The continental buffet breakfast at 7 euros each is excellent with lots of choice. We were in La Palma as our mother had been emergency disembarked from a cruise to the hospital and the hotel was a perfect base in between visits to see her. The staff as I said before were helpful and caring which meant everything while we were dealing with such a scary situation. We are both very grateful for all their help, thank you.
