Great location. Picturesque little town. Very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants, small supermarket. Lovely little gem of a place to stay. Very helpful and amenable staff. Everything about this hotel is well thought out, well presented, fresh and cared for. Breakfast was really good. Nice variety of local produce. Very clean room. Nice shower. I guess the acid test is would I stay again. Absolutely, yes. Great place.

Everything was great. We had a smooth check-in, they kept our luggage since we arrived earlier, and they took it to our room when it was ready later. The studio was very comfortable, with nice views to the street from the balcony. The rooftop terrace was great, totally worth a visit. Breakfast was also very good, with different options to choose. And last, but not least, everyone from the staff was amazing, extremely friendly and helpful. It felt really good to come back to this place after exploring around the island each day. A fantastic stay.

“Excellent small individual places to stay”

Lovely small hotel feel. Really friendly and welcoming staff: thanks to Fabián, Roberto and Dana. So good but rare nowadays to find individual places to stay. Excellent breakfast choices: so nice not to see a Full English option. Really close to centre of everything in town and only 10 minutes stroll from ferry port. If you go for a more expensive studio room there's actually masses more space in them. Worth it. Smokers (like me) note: no smoking allowed on small balcony.

Brilliant guest house in the heart of Santa Cruz. Great room with cute balcony and wonderful view. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the rooftop bar. Excellent value for money. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We will be back.

Amazing, exciting, unforgettable... Everything is so stylish and well looked after. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. And breakfast is absolutely five stars. We'll definitely stay there again if we happen to revisit the island.

The hotel is in a great central location within the pedestrian zone, but it is also very quiet. Our room had a great view of the sea. The breakfast was excellent with some good healthy options and some delicious croissants.

“Delightful stay in lovely friendly place”

Where do I begin? The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room itself was tastefully done with a great sea view (it was a superior room). There’s a lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast choice was good. The staff went above and beyond to book local restaurants for us because it was holiday time - many restaurants were closed or fully booked. We felt really well looked after

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and spoke multiple languages (Spanish, English, German). The breakfast was also amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a room on the 4th floor which had a great view. Lovely breakfast Thoroughly recommend it

Great roof top, perfect central location, very delicious breakfast (even to go as we had to leave early for the ferry), very friendly staff and a good value for money!
