The location was excellent. In the heart of Santa Cruz, yet very quiet due to being on an internal courtyard. The apartment was small with not much natural light (no doubt keeps it cool in summer), so it was great to have the roof terrace to sit on.

The reception was exceptionally friendly and the rooms we booked were spacious and clean. The view from the balcony and the sound of the ocean was amazing. We had the upper apartment.

The location of the property was perfectly suited a stone throw away from the beach. We rented the top studio directly facing the beach. Waking up to the beautiful sound of people going about their day, stores opening and setting up. Couldn’t have asked for a better view.

“Value for money!”

The hosts were really great and nice, very flexible with arrivals and departures, and all together very helpful. The apartment building is situated in the centre of the town on, what seemed to me, like the main town street. I was there off the main season so it was quite - my apartment did not, however, overlook the main street but the courtyard. The apartment was as on photos. The furnishing is perhaps not up to date but everything you need is there, everything works, is clean and tidy. The beach is 2 minutes walking distance as well as most great places to eat and drink. The port where I rented a car was some 5-6 minutes away and I had no difficulty finding a parking space (again, I was there in April)

My room was on the same floor as the reception (up one flight of stairs from ground level) and overlooked a small internal courtyard. It was quiet during my stay (7 nights). The location was excellent - less than 10 minutes walk on the level to the main bus stops and pick-up points for tours. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room facilities were fine for the price. I didn’t use the kitchen facilities other than the fridge.
