Keys handed over when we arrived - went well. Spacious appartment, centrally located, very convenient for city centre. Street parking worked fine. Would use again.

“Excellent stay close to town”

Met by host on arrival, easy walk up the hill from town, nice and quiet, large apartment. Handy to have a washing machine and clothes lines on the upper floor to do laundry - the key hangs on the hanger by the front door. We just stayed the one night before walking to the ferry terminal to pick up our rental car, perfect for this but also longer stays would be great as the kitchen is well stocked with essentials and utensils.

It was a lovely, roomy apartment with everything you need for a stay in Santa Cruz. The access arrangements were easy and the hosts were available if we had any problems. Not that we did. It was in a quiet area, but only a short walk from bars and restaurants.

A really large apartment in a small residential apartment building with parking in a public carpark right outside ( if you time it right) and it's free. A 5 minute walk to the centre of Santa Cruz. Everything you need for a comfortable self catering stay Comfy beds and living room furniture. Use of a washing machine and somewhere to dry clothes on the roof was very useful. Very friendly and helpful owners who met us on site to explain things.

The hosts are very nice and communicated all details in time. They waited at the bus stop and check in is smoothly. The apartement is very large and bright, has everything you need and a very short walk to town, supermarkets. Easy to reach by Airport bus and large parking for your rental car .Perfect stay to explore Santa Cruz, love it and love Arena. Thank you!

Everything was perfect. We particularly valued the location. Walking distance to the centre of the Island's capital with many nice restaurants (we recommend the Casino), and around the corner from a safe free parking spot. So perfect for visiting the island during the day, and not having to drive in the evenings.

The kitchen was exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for cooking, making it perfect for longer stays. The flat is ideally located right in the heart of the town center, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. It is also spacious and filled with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The welcome service was excellent—very informative and attentive, providing useful tips about the area and making sure we felt comfortable from the start.

We found parking easy very nearby, there is a lift up to the apartment, the town is a minute or two walk away. The apartment is very big with actually more space than you need. There are lots of big windows with views of the hills and you can even see the sea. Everything was clean and the shower was great. The kitchen was well equipped and there are two bathrooms. The area was quiet at night so you can sleep with the widows open which is nice. Would definately stay again.

Amazing communication from the owners side, very punctual, very tidy and VERY spacious.
