“Fabulous!”

A lovely last night stay on our way back to Santander. Our host was so welcoming and we ate one of the best meals of our holiday prepared by himself. Super! Breakfast next morning then spectacular drive through Picos de Europa back to ferry. Can highly recommend!

We stayed as a group of 5 travelling south, Jose (the owner of the hotel) was a great host. He put together a selection of local dishes for an evening meal with wine. I'd certainly recommend and stay again.

Quiet location, parking for motorcycle

A beautiful friendly hotel. The owner was so nice, very kind and his food was lovely. He couldn't have done more to make our stay and better. He lets us put our motorcycles inside the locked gates giving us extra peace of mind. The room was lovely and cosy.

This was my second visit on my motorcycle in 18 months. The owner, Jose Manuel is a very welcoming and excellent host. He recognised my name and contacted me directly to welcome me back. The location rural and ideal if you are visiting the Picos de Estrella.

We are away 5 weeks and this was one of the best stays. Jose is a wonderful host. Excellent stop for overnight or longer stays for walking or motorcycle trips.

Rooms were well appointed and clean, owner was very attentive even recommending local restaurants to eat at. We chose to eat in even though it was explained there was only a limited menu - the home made food was outstanding. Stunning views of mountains from hotel which was located in a small quiet traditional mountainside village. Plenty of parking

Location is very peaceful and the hotel is lovely. Excellent customer care from Jose who cooked us a lovely meal in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning and was also very helpful with any queries. This would be a good base for a few days if you want to do some motor biking travels.

Our host Jose Manuel was very welcoming. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in in Spain. The village is so quiet that overnight is total silence. Safe and secure motorbike parking. Perfect location for exploring the Picos de Europa and heading south. Excellent evening meals.

It's a very good place to explore from here. José runs the place with utmost competence and does almost everything, always very attentive. Giod place for bikers too.

Group of 4 a motorcycle tour, great location and good parking for motorcycles. Jose very helpful and good home cooked food.

Jose was very welcoming. The hotel has an inviting, cozy, homely feel about it. The rooms were traditionally furnished and comfortable. Jose prepared a good evening meal for us and we were able to relax in the lounge / dining area. Breakfast also very good. The hotel is in a very small, very quiet, village which suited us perfectly. A lovely rich diversity of birdsong greeted us in the morning. We were 3 males travelling on 3 motorbikes.There was room to park 3 right outside the hotel and Jose could have squeezed them inside the main gate, but there seemed to be no need as the area is so quiet.
