Pleasant apartment with a nice view and direct access to the ski slope. Friendly staff, parking available for €10 per night. Equipped kitchen and a very good bathroom. The only disadvantage is insufficient covering of the window right next to the toilet.

Very nice location close to Stelvio and Gavia, but the apartment had a very bad bed, it was not clean, the floor was not clean.

We liked the personel. The administration lady was super nice and she was available all the time. She gave us many extra things we needed, like extra keys or toilet paper. She bought us even a table cover to cover the kitchen table. She helped us with Bormio Terms and reservation. She was very nice and very helpful.

Comfy for a short stay.

We checked in and paid when we arrived (at 9:00 PM). When we came into room, heating did not work, what is crucial in winter season. Instead of this we got two small electric heater, at night you can not risk to keep them turned on, can cause fire. Is not enought , when you need to dry clothes after skiing (we came with kids). We went too complain to the hotel reception, but they said, there is a problem and they will fix maybe after two days. Unbelievable. We did not accept this, therefore we complained. At the end we decided to change hotel, was very stressfull because we came at night after many hours on the way. We asked to refund our money, Residence Regina delle Alpi did not response. Did mistake, paid at the checking in, do not do it...Do not recommend, Residence Regina delle Alpi is not customer focused.... We request our money back via VISA and our bank, started reclamation procedure...

The host Alex was very very kind and helped us in any way he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I also helped us to find the best solution when, before we get there, we discovered that two of our friends were positive to Covid.
