“Happily memorable. Need a vehicle.”
Helpful staff. Our water went off for much of a day, but was later fixed. Wifi not good in my room but fine out by the pool in dining area. Lovely outdoor dining area. Good breakfast. Nice pool.

A very nice hotel at the outskirts of Santa Ana with a great pool, comfy rooms and a great breakfast. We stayed just for one night, but enjoyed our stay fully. The staff very friendly and helpful as well.

“I suppose it fits a certain crowd. I wish I picked another place.”
I was surprised at how big the rooms were (but dark). We actually realized we booked way too much room for our needs and I am glad the staff was able to downgrade our reservation without penalty. Included breakfast is a nice feature and pretty decent options are available.

I really liked the super nice and caring staff. They were so friendly all the time. Apart from the really nice Ambiente, it has a beautiful view. Also the food and drinks were really good.
