“Three great days thanks to the location and staff”

Great location, 3 minutes walking to the central square. Staff is amazing, they do more than necessary to facilitate your stay. They help with transport, activities, recommendations and everything. They also organise social events every night like dancing or cooking classes, which brings a nice social element to the stay. On top of that, it’s incredibly cheap for what you get. The owner, Koki, and Andrea, who does the activities are lovely people who make your stay worth the while!

Rick is amazing, the accomodation is everything you need, a pool table and well stocked kitchen. Can’t recommend enough!

This place is dirty, the beds are very uncomfortable and there are a lot of loud people getting drunk. There was a dead cockroach in the bathtub for my whole stay..

We have stayed at Ricks before so that speaks for itself. It is a real hostel catering for real travellers. It isn't trying to be trendy or a must stay place ,just real. The kitchen has all you need and the staff are always helpful and can answer any questions you have about bus stops and places to see,even the obscure ones that you throw at them. We will be back again.

Excellent budget hostel in the centre of Santa Ana attracts a friendly group of travellers, with helpful staff organising bike tours and information on local trips. Bar and pool table, evening trips to local night life. Mixture of small dorms and one big dorm.

“Very central and a good price for a few nights”

Great location, very close to everything I needed. The staff were so helpful and kind and helped us a lot with the buses and trips. I realised I'd left my towel by accident at a precious hostel and the staff member even let me have a towel from lost property! There are lockers in the rooms and an individual fan for each bed.

Really helpful and friendly staff who helped us plan our activities and sorted out a double booking issue quickly and professionally. The private room we had upstairs for one night had air con and was clean and spacious.
