Minor thing. We were told that the breakfast was served at 7.30-9am. But at 7.30am, nothing. The kitchen staff was late so we got breakfast after 8am. This is just to remind people that the time needs to be flexible or if you have urgent things to do, maybe you want to heads them up the night before. The breakfast was good though

The people working there were very friendly and chatty (especially Duban). Everything was super clean. And wifi is fine to online work.

Welcoming and helpful staff from the get go. Alejandro was amazing, giving great advice of what to do, where to go and even came out and showed us the bars in town. Awesome dorm room with curtains, sockets, lights and fan for each bed. Plenty of bathrooms and chill out areas. Super great location, easy access to the hikes. Kitchen available to use, and fresh coffee every morning. Great value for money. Would %100 recommend this is the place to stay.

It's a classic basic but comfortable hostel. Excellent location and perfect for a night or two if you are on a budget.

Loved that they had motorcycles available to rent

We have spent 6 weeks in total at Natural Hostal, so far! It is only 1 minute walk from Santa Ana town centre and has good access to the many sights, restaurants and activities in the area. There is in-house car rental, both automatic and manual motorbike rental, laundry service, and tours available. The double rooms have comfortable beds. We also stayed in the dorm room. The bunk was comfortable and each bed has a curtain and its own light, fan, power point, with secure lockers in the room. Lots of lovely areas to relax outdoors, including a rooftop where you can watch the local streets. Brand new bathroom! The staff speak Spanish and English and have been extremely helpful to us. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

Proper old skool hostel, no fancy bits or paying someone to make you breakfast. You look after yourself. Basic kitchen but more than adequate, basic wc/shower but works well enough. Good social space, nice terrace and location in Santa Ana is 1 min walk to main square and supermarkets/street food. Great coffee shops not far. This hostel is how hostels used to be, a comfy bunk, cheap, friendly, social and you do your own thing. All in all a good experience if you want affordable accommodation.

So helpful staff, they have a manual on how to get by bus to different destinations, so you can travel around cheaply to very interesting destinations. The owner also helped me change a 100 dollar bill. It's difficult to do that in El Salvador, as there sometimes are fake 100 dollar bills.

I had an amazing stay here. Right from the beginning, with Alejandro welcoming me and explaining everything there is to know about Santa Ana and its surroundings, I felt very comfortable! Ale, one of our hosts is so nice, kind, always a smile on his face, a true sunshine that makes the hostel, a warm place. Then I met Lucre, a volunteer that made my stay more significant! Always a word for me, very caring, peaceful, funny and joyful! The dorm I stayed in was spacious enough for all of us, clean, only the bathroom situation can get problematic when the hostal is fully booked! The location is simply perfect, one block away from the main square, supermarket next to it (the kitchen in this hostel was very convenient, with everything I needed to cook). Though not the most modern hostel I’ve ever been to I definitely loved the vibe, the people that make it and the value for money! Highly recommend that place! Thanks for everything again 🙏🏻

Location was amazing, staff are just wonderful, Fernando and Alejandro went above and beyond always. great atmosphere, couldnt possibly be more central. Safe and secure entryway. Great hostal. Recommend.

“Perfect stay”

The hostel is very clean and warm. The staff is just great! The location is not in the city center which makes it much more calm and appreciable. The exterior is very relaxing.Little more the mascot of the inn an extremely cute and affectionate dog. I thought I would book for one night finally I spent 5 days there
