Featuring gardens with a private outdoor pool, terrace and barbecue, Finca Can Pepis is set in the Ibizan countryside, 15 minutes’ drive form San Antoni and Santa Gertrudis. The property is not fully bookable, only one room of the property is reserved. The house has a living-dining area and an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There are 6 double or twin rooms, each one with a private bathroom. You will find bars, restaurants and shops in both Santa Gertrudis and Sant Antoni. Ibiza Town and Ibiza Airport area a 20-minute drive away, while Cala Salada beach can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

“Fabulous finca in the countryside”
Beautiful finca in the countryside- very peaceful. The room was lovely, very clean and with a nice balcony overlooking countryside. Fabulous pool,plenty of seating areas and a wonderful bbq space for use by the guests. The host Antonia was very helpful, flexible and conscious of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

“Lovely experience”
The finca is in a beautiful, rural and peaceful setting with fantastic walks on the doorstep. It is just 15 minutes from the north coast, which is brilliant for hiking and small coves. The breakfasts are delicious, the pool and outdoor areas very relaxing.

“A most relaxing and unforgettable holiday!”
Absolutely loved the villa, beautiful surroundings and views, lovely pool to relax in. The breakfast was lovely with a good selection of choices and fresh fruit. Everything was very clean. I loved our room, we had a lovely veranda to sit and relax, eat our breakfast. The hosts were very friendly and approachable. I would definitely stay here again!

The property is really well maintained, and the garden and pool area are lovely. Our host, Antonia, was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good too, with a choice of continental or cooked to order..Would definitely stay again and can recommend Can Pepis to those looking to spend some time away from the busier areas, though it's only a 10 minute drive to the coast so can easily have best of both too.

Antonia is a fantastic host, and the finca is perfect. Really peaceful location and excellent facilities, with a generous breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any travellers.

Peaceful, well kept, beautiful space. Feels remote but actually not far from local towns and restaurants. The ability to cook for yourself, comfortable rooms, pretty pool, kind and friendly staff, excellent breakfast spread and the happiest dog! Can’t recommend it enough and would definitely return

Breakfast .. completely on a self-service base but with no indication of all and coffee machine often to be cleaned and loaded with water ... we even had to clean and put breakfast plates and cups into the dishwasher ... no paper towels available but just roll paper scottex !!

had a great stay at this place in Ibiza. The location was really nice and very calm — perfect for relaxing. The owner was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. The room was really comfortable and clean, and the pool area was very pleasant. There was a guy (I completely forgot his name!) who was in charge of breakfast — he was super friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of great tips and recommendations on what to do around the island. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful stay with great hospitality.
