The staff were very responsive and friendly! My credit card had some issue with pre-authorization, but they soon contacted me and arranged a different way. After I checked out, I realized I might have forgotten something in the room and reached out, again, they responded to my message just in a few hours. I am really thankful. The room itself is functional and equipped with everything essential. There is a vending machine downstairs for drinks and snacks. The location is a bit far from city center, but you can take the tram and reach main sites within 30 minutes easily. Also, it is walkable to Barça training center and Estadi Johan Cruyff.

Our room was musty and we advised reception but nothing was done! My husband and I were given the wrong room and our travel companion had ours.

King double bed was large and comfy. Nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine. Room and bathroom was clean. i would not pay more than 120 per night here. You will see this yourself :)

“Excellent Comfort for a Business Trip”

The hotel is located just outside Madrid and turned out to be an excellent choice for a business trip. The room was comfortable, quiet and very well soundproofed. The mattress was exceptional and the hotel even provided both high and low pillows, which made sleeping extremely comfortable. The large TV and the powerful shower with strong water pressure were also very appreciated after a long day of work and travel. Another positive aspect was the parking: street parking is available in a reserved area, which made things much easier.

In the breakfast area, the service was excellent, very attentive and professional. They consistently made sure everything was well organized and that guests were fully satisfied. It is a very nice hotel in a non-central location that is easy to reach by public transport (tram + underground). The rooms are nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
