“Exceptional apartment with lovely owners.”

We visited the complex for a property buying weekend. The owners are lovely, very welcoming and friendly. Collecting the keys was easy and straight forward. The property is immaculate! We felt very safe staying there during the pandemic, the keys had been disinfected and were given to us in a bag, the owner had even kindly provided masks and hand sanitiser. The apartment was exceptionally clean and even smelt very fresh. Everything was very comfortable and well thought out, the beds were superb and the apartment was so quiet that we slept very well. There is a large and very private balcony with very comfortable furniture, we really enjoyed sitting out there with a glass of wine in the evenings looking at the mountains and the sea in the distance. It is well furnished and felt very homely, there has obviously been a lot of love and a high level of attention to detail put into the place. The complex is lovely and has two gorgeous pools, tennis and paddle courts. There is a commercial centre within walking distance, which has good bars and restaurants and a small supermarket (the bread is superb!) The golf course and grounds are amazing, they are very well kept, surrounded by olive groves with outstanding views of the mountains. We enjoyed a meal at the clubhouse which was excellent value for money, don't eat for a while beforehand as the portions are huge!!! Peniscola, Alcossebre and Morella and some of our favourite places to visit in the area and are all within easy reach. The nearby restaurant Casa dels Capellans is set in an old monastery and serves lovely food in a beautiful setting, it is well worth a trip. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment, it is superb value for money!
