“Ideal location for a break in Formentera”

This was the perfect place to stay in Formentera. It is central so it’s easy to get everywhere. Laura kindly arranged for us to hire bikes which was perfect for us. The accommodation is very nice, well equipped and spotlessly clean and it has a wee private terrace and garden. The family live next door and were super friendly and helpful.

Our host was fantastic. We arranged in advance to meet on our arrival. Our flight was delayed by an hour, but she waited for us which was very nice. We were given a handover of the keys and a tour of the accommodation. We were shown where the washing machine was, the pool, and amenities such as the outside shower. She also left us washing up powder for the clothes, for which I was grateful. The satnav will take you to Parking around the back, which was perfectly fine for our purposes , but in fact, there is a larger parking location at the front of the property. This is equidistant to most of the houses. Overall, the location was fantastic., you could drive in either direction on the one central spine Road towards the Port and city, or in the opposite direction to the more rural side of the island. Within the property, we had a coffee machine of two types, I bought Nespresso type capsules. There was also a functioning toaster, kettle, oven and induction hob. The hob had an extractor fan, which was really good because we cooked a lot. Yes, a really nice property for £500 for five days. Other good points, the shower was warm and all the toilet facilities worked well. As a final note., the accommodation has a SPAR convenience shop immediately close by, within five minutes walking distance or two minutes by car. They have a very good selection of vegetables, butchers, fresh bread, and some minor extravagances such as Thai curry paste and coconut milk! A bit on the expensive side. Just into the town the further five minutes away there is a Carrefore shopping mart, restaurants, bakers, and other amenities. Our host gave us a list of restaurants running €25 menus, and I took my son to Sa Panxa. The fig carpaccio is amazing. My son had the pizza, it was good. It is impossible not to like this place!

Very nice people, very clean apartment. Good location to cruise everywhere on the island. Nice apartment in the traditional formentera style, Comfortable and quiet. The main road is not far but the noise it is not really disturbing. The apartment, swimming pool and the parc are very well maintained. Thanks Laura

Great choice to stay in Formentera, close to town but with total calm around. One supermarket at walking distance which is super convenient. Our apartment felt very private with its own yard. Extremely well equipped with everything one might need. Gorgeous gardens.

“Fantastic!”

The host met us at the property gave us a warm welcome. Property was lovely, surrounded by plants and trees, quite and secluded. Host provided us with a map of the island and gave us very helpful tips on beaches to visit, places to eat and see. On checkout day, we were able to leave our luggage at the property and head to the beach, on our return prior to our departure we had facilities available to us for showering. Lovely time, lovely stay. Highly recommended!

Lovely villa for 2 with good facilities. Laura was an an excellent and caring host, helped us with bike hire and taxi hire. Really great local restaurant (Can Forn).

The host Laura welcomed us and if we needed anything we could always contact her. The towels were changed 2x a week. The location of the house was perfect. Near a supermarket and in the middle of the island. Rent a bike or car and explore the island! Calo d'Es Mort, Cap de Barbaria (sunset!) and Platja de Ses Illetes are so beautiful.

The owner Laura is an extremely kind and helpful person. She gave us great advice on restaurants and beaches. Definitely to be recommended!

perfect rural retreat nice and quiet but within reach of beaches and restaurants staff are nearby if u need them we used the bbq also stars where amazing at night pool was lovely and peacefully also

Splendid ! It was a very nice and cute apartment with all the comfort that we could expect. The host, Laura, was very helpful by explaining all the tricks of the island. It was a quiet place, we did not see any other guests. Despite the swimming pool was common with the other apartments, there was never anybody, it really felt like our private pool. We had our own terrace / garden with a shower outside and a barbecue. It was well located, in the middle of the island. We would definitely recommend this place.
