Overview
The uniquely designed El Sant Cugat lies in the centre of the Catalan city of the same name, just a quick 20 km journey from Barcelona’s city centre. The whole hotel building follows an intriguing lens-shaped form which runs all the way up the hotel’s central atrium. The colour scheme blends clean white with bold colours in a contemporary, minimalist style, which complements the state-of-the-art technology available throughout. After returning from a day’s sightseeing in the Catalan capital you can head to the hotel’s restaurant to enjoy the innovative cuisine, which is served on the outdoor terrace when the weather allows. All exterior-facing rooms offer pleasant views of the historic centre of Sant Cugat and the Sierra de Collserola Hills. Spacious rooms are decorated with custom-made furniture, natural wood and coloured walls. They have professional photography hung on the walls.

I requested a room with a walk-in shower as my mother is elderly, and the room she was provided with was excellent, with a huge bathroom. The hotel was also very accommodating in getting me a room next to my mother. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices, and I think the coffee machines were the best I have ever used. The staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel is modern and very clean.

“A wonderful stay!!”
The rooms and ensuite bathrooms are beautiful, spatious and very comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is cosy and glamorous at the same time, with green open spaces. Breakfast is very good.
