Friendly staff, close to airport and right beside McDonald’s 😊 We had a very early flight and was provided with a take away breakfast which was much appreciated

“Good Layover Option”
Great option for long airport layovers, shuttle was great both ways, pick up location was a little hard to find (may be a map with booking confirmation). Check in was friendly and informative, rooms very comfortable, and the breakfast had plenty of choices.

“Terrible - completely overpriced for what you get.”
It was really good to have the airport shuffle. Actually, the shuffle and the buffet breakfast were the only 2 good things about the place. The buffet breakfast had a lot of choices and the food was quite fresh and tasty.

“Staff members need training on the basics and how to treat customers.”
Awful experience at breakfast being shouted at and humiliated by a member of staff who was enraged and upset our entire morning NEVER EVER experienced anything like this in a hotel in all our travels and will most definitely be in touch with the company directors about his behaviour.
