A good value for money place to spent some time in Barcelona. Close to the sea and the centar of the city, but little bit far away from the Fira (exhibition centar)

accommodation a short distance from the train, tram and buses that will take you to the center quickly. nice beaches in the vicinity.

“Not as expected/ presented”
The beds were very uncomfortable. The rooms were quite small, 2 people couldn't pass each other. The shower pressure for hot water was non existent, so we had to shower the whole stay with cold water, even after I complained about it. The couch in the living room was dirty. The pictures were deceiving.

Perfect starting point to explore Barcelona. Near to the bus, tram and train. Good connection to the metro. Basic shops close to the Apartment. Flat Was cleaned up, good equipped and functional. WI-FI works excellent. No problem with hot water in bath. I can recommend this place in 100%.

The host was great, both check-in and check-out went smoothly exactly as we agreed. This apartment is very good value for money given that it has 4 proper beds and is quite well equipped. The area is nice and there is a large supermarket right in the neighborhood. WiFi speed was very good and there is Netflix available as a bonus. Travel to and from the center of Barcelona is very convenient as you can take Trams 4, 5 and 6, as well as the train R1 and all of this with the same integrated ticket (T-Casual or in our case T-Familiar).
