The property was located about 3/4 of a mile outside of the old city, but it was an easy walk and was a very quiet accommodation. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. it felt like a true old Italian guest house with dark furniture and decor.

“Great house covered in vines with friendly hosts”

Ralais Oroscopo is a great place to stay. The owner welcomed me warmly. A Tuscan-style house on the outskirts of Sansepolcro. The room was spacious and very authentically furnished. Bicycles can be stored in the house, so they were safe. There is a supermarket within walking distance and a restaurant for dinner right next door. It was enjoyable and should be a good choice, especially for travellers passing through, as there is ample parking in front of the house and good access to the north.

Plenty of hot water, spacious and quiet room, comfortable bed, very helpful and Pleasent host. The supporting restaurant next door to the hotel was excellent. What more could you ask for!

This was the second time I stayed and I prolonged my stay on this occasion as it was so good. Please see my previous comments and reference.

Really pleasant friendly owner who runs this family run hotel on a day to day basis who went out of his way to be helpful. I enjoyed the stay so much that I booked in for some extra time. Aircon was quiet and worked well. A must in the high summer temperatures. Really interesting old building. Sansepolcro is a lovely quiet town with lots of interesting buildings, museums, shops, friendly people and really nice food. Local coop supermarket provides a great range of local food and there are several smaller food shops in the town itself. Cafes and restaurants abound in the town. I would go back to Hotel Oroscopo again any time if I could.

Very friendly host and generous breakfast with home made cakes and jams. Large comfortable room with all facilities. Conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood a 15 minute walk from the centre of town. The town has some good restaurants and the best of all the Museo Civico with its beautiful painting by Piero della Francesca.

The amazing friendly host nothing was too much trouble Very clean and tidy Breakfast especially the homemade cake was incredible Would definitely recommend and not hesitate staying there again in the future

“Hidden gem in the suburb of Umbria”

It was really nice the hotel let us check-in early. I had a really great conversation with the main staff there on the history of the establishment and how a family runs this business. Although I have to say an electric kettle in the room was a bit old(bottom surface coming off), the room was clean and our needs were covered. Really appreciated how the hotel kept some of the vintage quality while updating the room with modern appliances. The breakfast felt very homey and warm.

The decor and collections of items on display are very interesting. The host was very helpful....carrying our luggage as there is no lift. Parking is easy, in the grounds. We had a very good meal in the restaurant next door, which is not part of the hotel. The hotel is in a suburban street.

“Great stay - friendly staff, pool and pizzeria downstairs!”

The hotel was great value for money, and nice to have a pool in the summer heat! Very grateful for the air conditioning, as previous reviews mentioned it didn't have any. Staff were super friendly and let us book in early plus helped us to try to get a taxi to the wedding we were attending.

Very clean, cute building. Rooms are fairly big. Bed was comfortable. Heating and cooling via aircon was pleasant. Owner of hotel is very nice, he spent some time explaining to us the history and sights to see in Sansepolcro and Arezzo.

Both the staff and the place were amazing, which made my stay really enjoyable. My room was very cozy and warm. Breakfast was top notch! Very well done Relais Oroscopo 👏🏼
