“Absolutely Fabulous”
it is one of the nicest places I have stayed in this trip with possibly the best restaurant I have eaten at in some fifty years visiting the town. The food was delicious. Genial host.friendly staff and when the sole local taxi was unavailable Luca took me in his car to the monastery at Monte Casale which I had not seen since I gave up driving five years ago. It is a 5***** experience. San Sepolcro has proved a splendid place to stay and from which to drive round the Tiber Valley but even carless it was one of my best times there. Five great days.

“Lovely Locanda in beautiful old town of Sansepolcro !”
I loved the location, in the old town with beautiful old buildings full of history. It is a must. The restaurant serves good quality local food. Staff generally speaking very attentive. The room was basic but good for a short stay. Parking was outside city old wall, but easy to reach by walk.

“Comfy, friendly a well located - great value for money”
The property is very clean and comfortable. It is located just off the Main Street above the restaurant owned by the same family. The bed is very comfortable with a nicely sized en-suite. The room has ample plug sockets but please note the Italian sockets are smaller than the standard European sockets. Breakfast is a continental style with meat cheese pastry and very good coffee The family that run Locanda Guidi are really helpful, very friendly and want to make your stay the best it can be. Definitely highly recommend staying here. Make sure you eat at the restaurant attached to the hotel it is (in my opinion) the best in Sansepolcro

“No room available.”
Booking was not received and there was no room available. We were given a room in the next door hotel. Room there was OK. Breakfast was at Locanda Guidi. Breakfast was good.

Perfectly situated in the centre of this charming town. The hotel is simple but comfortable and well organised. The restaurant is excellent.

The room was perfectly fine, the location super. The restaurant was beyond expectations, would go back to Sansepolcro any day, just for the food and the nice atmosphere of that place.

“A charming simple Inn”
A charming restaurant with rooms. The owner is obviously keen on fine wines. My room was simple but clean and everything worked. The owner served me for breakfast . Delicious fruit tart, fresh pastries, fruit and excellent coffee.
