“Wonderful stay on the hills, with swimming pools and local products.”
The place is wonderful. Overlooking the valley, you can stay in a carefully restructured old summer villa. The hosts are very welcoming, the room I had was enormous, clean and quiet. Breakfast is excellent - you can get both a sweet and (asking) savoury one (made fresh for you). The swimming pool is great to properly swim, and the surrounding are lovely.

A very nice old country house surrended by olive trees recently restructured with all the facilities for a perfect relaxing period of holidays. The owners are extremely polite and reday to provide you suggestions for a perfect permanence Rooms are wide and always fresh even in the most hottest days of August (in any case there is the air conditioning) and in the morning is served an excellent breakfast It is a perfect place where to stay

This is a beautiful property with an airy country home level of comfort and hospitality. The olive grooves surrounding, along with the lush property, are idilic. We found the breakfast one of the best of our entire trip. This would be a lovely spot for an event, wedding, or relaxing vacation. You are close to all of the amenities of the city, while feeling world's away. The owner greeted everyone, showing great love for the property her restored 10 years ago. We were so happy to have experienced this villa

“Fabulous.”
Breakfast was excellent - lots of choice including vegan. The views, wonderful, the walk at the back pool is worth a stroll. The rooms are a little warm at night, so open a window and let the heat from the farmhouse out. But it’s the staff and owner that makes this place. It’s a perfect location to explore the rest of Tuscany. Thank you

“Delightful stay in a beautiful location.”
The hotel is in a splendid location, with amazing views over the surrounding countryside, yet near to the town of Sansepolcro. We had a large bedroom and sitting room, so plenty of room. The gardens are lovely, with a beautiful terrace at the front and a good sized swimming pool to the rear. The breakfasts were very good, and the evening meal was amazing! Lots of home-grown ingredients producing a delicious four-course meal; no menu or choice as such, but excellent food, beautifully cooked. The owner and staff were delightful.
