“We had a great time and would recommend the place.”
Owner was super friendly. Property was very well located. Very clean and everything you need, including a stocked kitchen with snacks and everything you need. Rooms were very big and spacious. House was well heated.

The location and the size of the apartment. The roof terrace is also wonderful. Louisa made us very welcomed and her generosity with the items made available to us was much appreciated.

Location, top floor with (awkward access) terrace, and beautiful view.. old borough beautiful building.. easy to park nearby, plenty of shopping places and good restaurants.

“A wonderful stay in the heart of Sansepolcro!”
The apartment is just gorgeous! Lots of space and light. I was staying by myself so it felt like a luxury! The hosts Maria and Monica could not have been more welcoming and generous.

“We came to Sansepolcro for a wedding, this property was perfect!”
This property was a beautiful property right in the centre of Sansepolcro. Excellent value for money. The host was extremely helpful and provided a fabulous breakfast! To top it off it has an amazing roof terrace ❤️.

“Wonderful, clean, comfortable”
Monica and her brother were the perfect hosts. They met us upon arrival,helped us settle in to the immaculate flat. They even brought us umbrellas and colouring pencils for my young daughter - so kind and thoughtful. The flat is very comfortable, spacious and incredibly clean. We will definitely return !
