Located right at the exit of the highway E45, just 1 km from the historical centre of Sansepolcro, this refined 4-star hotel offers personal service, elegant meeting rooms and a tranquil atmosphere ideally suited to business and leisure visitors. The hotel is situated near the region’s most important and interesting villages, including Anghiari, Caprese Michelangelo and Monterchi, famous for Piero Della Francesca Pictures and Arezzo. “Very relaxing and we had a great stay”
The Hotel is near the main road very easy to find and has a very big parking area. The rooms were very warm and comfortable and the shower was great. The bed was very comfortable too.

“Meh…food / restaurant (Marco) GREAT; front desk hotel staff unsavory and not supportive”
The restaurant staff were fantastic; Marco and his team did a GREAT job. Food and wine delicious. The front desk staff (Christian, and whomever the woman working the morning we departed was) — were terrible. Poor communications. Poor accountability. Rude. Stay there if you want a late ‘90’s comfortable hotel.

The hotel is very nice our room was very very nice and cosy, the hotel would deserve a bit of touch of 2025 but it is still ok. Very good breakfast with anything you need( avocado, smoked salmon, cakes, etc.)

“Pleasant stay in the heart of Italy”
Excellent location to visit surrounding rights in Tuscany and Umbria. One hour far from Siena, 20 min from Arezzo, 40 min from Perugia. Old town of Sansepolcro in stone is just in 5 min walking distance. Clean, comfortable hotel, with extra nice staff (Daniela is excellent receptionist), various gluten free options for breakfast, free parking. We also got free upgrade for bigger room.
