“Fantastic staff”
The staff at the property were so kind. Firstly, when I realised I was at the wrong branch location, then, when I left my mobile phone in the room at check-out. The staff were so helpful and understanding. I felt very grateful.

“Good for road trip and targeting to go to Sano premium outlet”
It’s spacious which out of my expectation. It’s cost effective when you are doing road trip. Just mins of drive from Sano premium outlet.

“Bearable for one night”
Breakfast not provided. On the second day I asked for an extra pillow. This was refused. The bed was solid as a rock. Probably okay for one night but we were there a week so the bed was awful.

Modern. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary breakfast packs. Washer & dryer, however pricier than others I know at ¥400 instead of ¥300

“A convenient place to visit the Ashikaga Flower Park.”
It provides good coffee and light meal free of charge. The room has good sound-proof and we are not disturbed by the passing by train.

I stayed here to visit the Ashikaga flower park. From the hotel it was about 15 minutes by car which is convenient. Insidethe room, there is a microwave and also a massage machine attached to the chair. It was quite nice after a long day.
