“Rubbish, way away of hospitality, no communication in English either!”

The property customer services team doesn’t speak English and the hang up the phone when they hear you talking in English. It is ridiculous. Further, the lie in Bookings that they don’t have availability when trying to reschedule the dates and at the same time when you try to search for the wanted new dates there is available. I tried to reschedule as my baby daughter was with 40.1 degree fever and when I contacted them over the phone, they weren’t able even to speak a proper English and they were so so lacking of empathy or understanding that they told me : “ It is my problem, your child is unwell “ The Zurich Insurance is rubbish too, don’t waste your money either there!

Everything about this place was great. Good food, friendly staff, great prices! Free bus service that takes you up to the Pitztal Glacier, reasonably frequent too.

Beautiful location The other staff members were excellent

I really enjoyed the self-service bar and really cheap prices in there. Wellness (sauna zone) is spacious and well equipped. Rooms are modern, clean and cosy and finally I really enjoyed the food - fresh omelets on breakfasts, tasteful selection in the evenings.

The hotel is totally renovated recently. The hotel is clean modern and very homely. We had a terrace facing the mountains and could hear the stream. Breakfast is very good with omlettes made according to your taste and pancakes made by the nice woman who is,in charge of brrakfast. There is aldo hummos cold cuts cheese vegtables fruits bread coffee machine and juices. Dinner is very tasty with self service of 2 soups salad bar a chise beteen 2-3 maon couses and deser which is compse every 2 days of ice cream from a macine. Youget free coffee and eater all dau. Beer is cheap and also wine. BATH Robe cost 2 euro soup 2 euro and a piece of cake 1 euro. The staff is vrh helpful and the bus 310 is next to the hotel. Summer card is for free and it allows free cable car once a day and free bus ride till Imst.

The room was large and spacious with a breathtaking view. The swimming pool and the wellness area. The location and the large parking lot.

I love my home very much. It's rare that I feel at home in a hotel and want to come back again. A great hotel concept gives you exactly that. That you feel at home. An exceptionally beautiful room with a view of the beautiful mountains with the sound of water nearby that you can't tear yourself away from. An exceptionally comfortable bed, a beautiful bathroom, every detail perfectly chosen. An excellent spa center with all the amenities, exceptionally good food, everything is clean and impeccable. But the hotel staff gives a special touch to the hotel. Smiling, casual and always ready to answer your question. Especially the dear girl Ema who made every stay in the restaurant better with her magical smile and great professionalism. Overall the property was fine, but completely ruined by unnecessary false information from the staff after an emergency. Place fine, can’t say the same for the way it’s run.
