Overview
Located directly opposite the Rifflsee cable car, Hotel Mittagskogel Pitztal is only 1 minute from the Pitztal Glacier. Each room has a large balcony with panoramic mountain views. Rooms at the Sportiv-Hotel feature satellite TV, a minibar, a safe, and a bathroom with bathrobes and hairdryer. The spa area includes an indoor pool, several saunas, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin. A variety of massages, baths and beauty treatments is offered. Hotel Mittagskogel Pitztal has a restaurant serving Tyrolean and international cuisine and a selection of fine wines. There is also an après ski bar. The free ski and hiker's bus stops in front of the hotel. A sports store in Mandarfen offers reduced fees for ski and mountain bike rental for hotel guests. Free guided hiking and mountain biking tours, as well as child care, are offered in summer. Guests staying between June and mid-October receive the Pilztal Sommer Card, which includes admission to 17 leisure attractions in and around the Pilztal valley.

Amazing breakfast and dinner! There was a diverse selection of dishes, with quality truly worthy of a 5-star hotel. Location is perfect, it is just opposite of the ski lift. The sauna and the swimming pool. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!

“We had a very nice stay, would definitely come here again!”
This hotel is at the perfect location if you want to go skiing in Mandarfen. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a good selection. For dinner it might have been nice having some more dishes to choose from, but we did always find something we liked and the food was good. We will definitely consider going to this hotel for our next skiing trip. The large swimming pool was also a very good, our kids loved it!

“Great location, food, very welcoming and spotlessly clean.”
Perfect location for us with children and beginners as well as experienced skiers; right opposite the main gondola and next to the nursery slope. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, they really surprised us with the food quality from traditional to gourmet and lots of choice for the children. Great facilities and pool to relax after skiing and everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice to be on the doorstep of a bit of apres ski too but thankfully not too wild!
