Overview
Newly opened after a full renovation in January 2015, this 4-star hotel is right next to the Eichenhof Ski Lift and provides direct access to the Sankt Johann in Tirol Ski Area. The modern spa area includes a large indoor pool. The Sentido alpenhotel Kaiserfels features a restaurant, 2 bars, an après ski hut, 2 large sun terraces, a lounge, and free WiFi access. A sports shop and a children’s playground are also on site. Spa facilities of the Kaiser beauty&wellness Spa include a Finnish sauna, steam bath, bio sauna and herbal sauna, fitness and aerobics rooms, and a beauty and massage centre. The modern and spacious rooms and suites all offer mountain views and digital infotainment. In summer, a wide range of activities, including ballooning, rafting, climbing, guided bicycle and hiking tours, yoga, aqua fitness, skydiving, and paragliding, can be booked on site. A ski school and ski rental are right next door, and the Fieberbrunn Ski Area can be reached by ski bus in 15 minutes. There is a connection from the Fieberbrunn Ski Area to the Saalbach Hinterglemm and Leogang Ski Area. The centre of St. Johann is 2 km away, with a bus stop right outside.

“Due to the food I would not recommend to stay at Kaiserfels.”
Big hotel a little walk away from the center. Clean rooms and nice balconies. We stayed in the old building but rooms are still up to date. Spa area is great and you can even relax outside after the sauna in the sun till 8pm.

New modern hotel. Free Yoga 2 times a day with a great teacher (Hermine). Area of St Johann is lovely and has a lot to offer.

“Definitely a place to come”
Location, staff, food, the pool, everything is great. Very kids friendly. Staff was helpful. Next to hotel there is directly hiking possibilities. Big parking areas also for free. Great view too.

“Everything was perfect, we will definitely come again.”
The food was excellent, it was a gourmet vacation for us! The cleanliness of the hotel, the sweetness of the staff(except one person), the calmness of the environment, everything was perfect, we will definitely come again. Note: At the beginning of April, the pistes were closed in St. Johann, but the season continued in Kitzbühel, which was 15 minutes away by car, so we went there for skiing.
