Hotel Theresia Garni is only 150 metres from the Bergbahnen Sankt Johann Cable Car and 250 metres form the centre of Sankt Johann in Tirol. The rustically furnished rooms and apartments satellite TV and a bathroom. Apartments also include a kitchenette and a balcony. The upper floors are only accessible by stairs (no elevator). The property provides e-car charging station. A solarium can be used free of charge. During winter season, the Theresia Garni features a sauna, a sun bed and an infrared cabin for free use. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. A washing machine and dryer can be used at an additional cost. Free private parking is available on site. St. Johann Train Station and a ski bus stop are 300 metres away. The Panorama Badewelt (public indoor and outdoor pools) are a 10-minute walk away and can be used free of charge by guests of Hotel Theresia Garni.

“Perfect week! We’ll definitely be back”
We absolutely loved our one week stay at Hotel Theresia Garni. The one-bedroom apartment is spacious with a lovely balcony, fully equipped kitchen & dining area. Very clean, comfortable and all furnishings in top shape. Alexandra & the team went above & beyond to ensure we had a great stay, from the wonderful breakfast buffet to giving us tips on local events & restaurants to try. The free St Johann guest pass also includes daily access to the Panorama Badewelt which was brilliant.

Fabulous, friendly beautiful small hotel with great atmosphere and everything you needed for a week's skiing. The breakfast was one of the best I have seen with plenty of locally produced items.

“Our stay was perfect”
The B&B is in town , perfect location. Breakfast was amazing with ample homemade cakes and treats to enjoy. Alexandra is wonderful she went the extra mile from making special gluten free bread for my daughter to helping us with reservations for dinner . She also treated us to bottomless amounts of homemade cookies .

Booked on the day on my way through Austria on my Motorcycle. Very good value, clean and comfortable and close to the centre of town. Great buffet breakfast in the morning!

“A good destination in a Tirolean holiday”
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room was simple but very clean and a good size. There was a balcony which was lovely as the weather was sunny and warm. The location was charming- very pretty place with lots of good restaurants. Parking was easy . Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice of food.
