“Recommended for the big company”

We spent 6 nights in January in this house with a large group - 7 adults, a small child, and a small dog - and we were very happy with our stay. The house is located in a very convenient area, with easy access to different ski areas. The house itself is spacious and comfortable, and there is convenient parking right next to it - we had enough space for three cars. The bedrooms are large, and a big advantage is that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The house is not modern in style, but it is very cozy, warm, and full of character. The mattresses are comfortable, and we slept very well. We would especially like to highlight the excellent kitchen equipment - it has absolutely everything needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by many small details that are often missing in rental properties: paper towels, foil, baking paper, food bags, and spices, in addition to all the necessary cookware and tableware. A baby cot (although we eventually didn’t need it) and a high chair were provided, which we really appreciated. Overall, we really liked the house and would happily stay here again. A few minor points to mention: • there was a slight damp smell in the bathroom at times, but there were reminders to ventilate the bathrooms and rooms; • the Wi-Fi signal was weak on the upper floors, so if you need to work, the living room is the best option; • upon arrival, we realized that there is an additional charge for a dog (€10 per day) - this might be helpful to clarify in advance. Despite these small issues, our overall experience was very positive. The house is perfect for large groups and family holidays, and we would definitely recommend it.

This brilliant comfortable house has a fully equipped kitchen, garden furniture, plenty of safe play area for kids and a really nice homely feel about it. The hosts, Sieglinde and Hans are exceptional.... helpful and friendly. I have been in holiday rentals throughout Europe, UK, Australia and New Zealand and this is hands down the best.
