The garden awaits guests with a furnished terrace and table tennis facilities are available on site. Guests receive free entry to the Panorama Badewelt with indoor and outdoor pools. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the guest house. Shops and restaurants can be found in the area within 2 km. you can't book breakfast with the apartment, you can order fresh rolls from the bakery on site. Please take out your credit card when booking so that you can also make a booking without a credit card.

“Wrapped by alps! Peacfull and well balanced stay!”
Beautifully surrounded by the alps. We stayed at A3 on the top floor. Every window had a great view and a story to tell.

“Great place fir winter break”
Very comfortable two bedroom apartment with three bathrooms, kitchen and living area. Spacious enough to accommodate 4 persons. Kitchen with all appliances to prepare simple meals. Clean and located well to reach different places. We were there for skiing so were able to cover majority of slopes in the neighborhood including Kitz area, Wilder Kaiser and Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang.

It was very hot in the upper apartment. The furniture and equipment is older but everything was clean.

Just a few words.... Quiet, cozy place ideal for stress relief. Breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace at surrounding mountains, easy parking. Lots of ropeways around within easy access, with Kitzbuhel sommer card free of charge without any limitations. And last but not least - fresh buns prepared by landlady in front of our door every morning - what could be better? Simply - excellent.
