Formerly Sporthaus Schneider, Schneider Hof Boutique-Hotel Garni Superior is the fully restored home of renowned ski pioneer Hannes Schneider who came to St. Anton from Stuben in 1907. It is situated in the centre of Sankt Anton am Arlberg in Tyrol, just 250 metres from the Galzigbahn Cable Car. Free private parking is available on site. The rooms include a flat-screen TV with international channels. Some units have a seating area to relax in after a busy day. A terrace or balcony are featured in certain rooms. “Amazing hotel in the heart of St Anton with wonderful hosts”
It was an amazing place to stay. The hotel is located right in the center of St Anton; shops, restaurants, ski-lifts etc. all just a short walk. The room was very comfortable and quiet at night. The hosts, Hannah & Christoph, were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious, there was an honor-bar well stocked with beer, wine and other drinks. The building has so much history as it was the original sports house run by skiing legend Hannes Schneider - Christoph`s grandfather.

“Beyond my highest expectations.”
The owners of the hotel (Christoph and Hannah) were so kind and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Each morning they cooked us a delicious breakfast (the waffles were exceptional). The hotel was also in the perfect location, right in the middle of the town and two minutes from the ski lift. In addition, their partnership with the sports store allowed us to leave our skis right at the base of the lift which was amazing. The room was also very nice and had everything we could need.

The whole place was spotless, very well maintained and decorated to a high standard. Hannah & Christoph make you very welcome and can help with local advice and arrangements. The breakfast was a good choice and made fresh to order and afternoon snacks are available too. It’s a perfect spot for walking to all the shops, restaurants and ski lifts. We arrived by train and it only took a few minutes to walk to the hotel

“Great place in the city center”
Really nice place in the centre of Stanton. To start with Hannah and Christoph who run this hotel. They are so nice and make you feel at home from the first minute you arrive. We had the apartment which was completely new and renovated. The rest of the hotel is also completely new and renovated. The breakfirst room is super nice as the breakfirst is. We will come back. For sure.

Superb location right next to pistes, best apres skis and restaurants. Overnight ski depot (complimentary) less than 100m walk from the hotel. Suite with all amenities one could wish for.

This was the best experience for us and we have travelled a lot! The owners Christoff and Hannah go above and beyond for you and just make the stay so much more special. The place is so cosy and we were well looked after. We were devastated we had to leave but will 100% come back Do not regret not booking this accomodation for your stay

The family home has been renovated and styled to a very high specification. Really interesting learning about the family history from Christoph. Very attentive service. “Fabulous week in St Anton staying in a beautiful guest house.”
We travelled with our two teenagers, who shared a two bedroom suite. We were in a large bedroom on the same floor. We loved everything about staying here. The hosts were just wonderful and looked after us so well. They cooked our breakfast to our requests every morning. Our daughter loved their waffles and fresh fruit with beautiful maple syrup from New Hampshire USA. Our son was a bit unwell and Hannah made him some chicken broth and Christoph steam cleaned the rug that he threw up on ! If that isnt going over and beyond, then what is ? We felt like we were in a home away from home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were so comfortable. Something that we struggle with when we travel. They did a couple of loads of washing for us and just generally looked after us so well. We don't receive that attention from a hotel. We would never stay anywhere else.

Furnished in traditional Tyrolean style, this room also features oriental rugs as an exotic touch, a north-facing balcony overlooking the lively pedestrianized area, an adjustable double bed, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV and a mini fridge. Two-Bedroom Suite
Located in the east wing of the house, this suite once was the private living area of ski pioneer Hannes Schneider and his wife Ludwina, who founded this guest house in 1907. Richly decorated with period furniture and oriental rugs, it has 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms and flat-screen TVs and a living room with sleeping sofa and south-facing terrace.
