“Great location, lovely service.”
Greate place close city and slopes. Car was in carage, room was great for 4 - showers up and downstairs. We enjoyed oh the stay.

Excellent breakfast. Very good location close to ski lifts and not too close to the noisy parts of town. Undercover parking. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff and owners were very friendly and helpful. From booking restaurants and organising ski passes - nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is located ideally - ski in/ski out, while just 5 minutes away from the main street. Absolutely lovely staff. Not a massive choice for breakfast, but everything was of good quality, fresh and tasty. Nice saunas, a garage and two ski rooms. Total peace, all the other guests were cultural and well-behaved, zero issues whatsoever. Not a great place if you want to party hard, but for a peaceful stay with friends or family, it's great.

“Very comfortable clean stay, and was made to feel very welcome”
The staff were amazing and friendly and we were pleasantly surprised at how big our room was. It’s been the best layout we have had since being in Europe. Very comfortable stay, and the beds were aaaaammazing. Was hard to get out of them in the morning. we even tried to extend but they were booked out.

“Great hotel”

“Amazing stay!”
Bianca and her whole team made us feel so welcome. This is the second time we have stayed at the Sonnenheim it has a really friendly and cosy feel. The sauna and wellness space are beautifully done, with a window looking out onto the mountain. We often had it to ourselves. The breakfast room is beautiful with a good variety. We loved sitting in the bar and playing cards in the evening. The ski in and out is also excellent. We'll be back!

The hotel staff were superb. I have rarely experienced such friendly, pro-active, professional service in a hotel. When I was unwell from flu, the manager drove me to the clinic in her own car at dawn. They were always attentive and trying to make our holiday enjoyable. Can’t thank them enough.

“An exceptional hotel for the skier”
Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were absolutely fantastic and more like friends than staff. The steam room and sauna were far above the level of expectation - a fantastic extra to have in a hotel of this size.

Nice staff, Bianca and Florian were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with cold and hot options and nice coffee Hotel and bedroom was clean and well maintained with spaces to hang your ski gear and a room to keep your skis and boots downstairs. Nice Sauna area. Ski in/out Good wi-fi
