“There are much better places”

This hotel is a complete disappointment. They cut corners everywhere, yet try to charge for every little thing. The parking situation is a total mess—reception is overwhelmed with parking arrangements, and no one respects the numbers assigned at check-in. Cars are parked on the street, on sidewalks, across the parking lot—completely unorganized. The food is terrible. In my life, I have never experienced a four-star hotel offering such a poor breakfast and dinner. Breakfast had almost no choices and no sweet pastries. On the first day, there was neither yogurt nor fruit; the next day, there was fruit, but the pineapple was sliced extremely thin. There was no ham or cheese on the first day. Coffee was awful; you can’t even choose cappuccino or other drinks from the machine. Additionally, breakfast tables were never properly set. Every day, guests had to ask for plates, cutlery, and napkins. They were unable to properly manage even basic arrangements for the number of guests present. Dinners are even worse—you are better off eating elsewhere before coming or bringing your own. Portions are tiny, often shared between two people. The choices are very limited. For example, one evening there was onion soup; when I asked for something else, they offered a vegan soup, which turned out to be a yellow watery liquid. Desserts were tiny. When Caesar salad was on the menu, it came in a small container, without dressing, and had to be shared between two people. Pay attention to water during dinner—they don’t ask how much you want. They just bring a liter of unbranded, open water and charge €3, without mentioning it beforehand, and it doesn’t appear on the menu but shows up on the bill. The same water is poorly maintained in the spa, where glasses are dirty, bottles and items are overturned, and no one takes care of cleanliness. No one cleans glasses, towels, wet floors, or the pool. The spa smelled of urine from the toilets.

Breakfast was limited, kept running out of the basics. Had to pay for decent coffee. No breakfast tea, only herbals and instant coffee in a thermos. Dinner was basic, served in help-yourself trays, not plated. Ordered a bottle of wine which arrived half empty!

“A pleasant hotel with a nice spa area, but with some shortcomings”

Taking into account the location, overall appearance, spa facilities, room comfort and cleanliness, as well as decent meals included in the price, this place offers very good value for money. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts are good, though not very varied. Dinners are very good, but when shared between four people, some portions are rather small. Overall, we rate the place as good and worth considering for a future getaway.

Half board was good value. Breakfast good. Room was spacious with a lovely view.

“Good location, kind staff, good food”

The service staff and kitchen staff do a very good job at keeping the guests happy and the hotel running. Overall very happy with the stay and would definitely recommend for people in need of an active summer/winter filled with hiking/skiing. Got our room upgraded, which was very kind of the hotel. The food is well prepared and we’d rate it 8/10.

Delicious food, great location, a pool of perfect temperature and size. Close to the centre and cables. Great placs for a family summer holiday.

Deceitful money grabbing charging a ridiculous fee for tap water, despite no mention of this cost anywhere. Bath/shower didn’t drain, nothing done about this when raised. Bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived.

Great hotel in the heart of St. Anton. Big rooms with everything you need. We got an upgrade which was very good:) nice wellness area after a day if skiing for relaxation. Helpful staff.

Perfect location w nice view, in the main street of St Anton. We had a large room, a newly return is her bathroom. Half Board was delecious.

The rooms were spacious and warm. All the staff were fantastic. Food was delicious. Great swimming pool and sauna. Short walk to Nasserein, ski hire and ski lift and down to main town for restaurants and Spar.

Great choice at breakfast and dinner with very attentive staff. Nice wellness area but naked sauna was off putting! Live music and Gala Buffet dinner were exceptional!
