The location - super calm neighborhood but 5 mins walking distance from the city center The staff - so nice and willing to help. They remove the trash from the apartment every day so that you don’t have to worry The apartment itself - spacious, light, well equipped and maintained The outdoor facilities - perfect for toddlers!

Apartment was super clean, big and comfortable with mountain view from balcony. Fresh bread delivery every morning was great. We enjoyed cozy welness centre after long hiking day. Staff was very friendly, especially Silvia. Thank you!

“Exceeded expectations”

They had lots of extras for the toddlers, including sleds, duplo and even a nappy bin. Wellness Centre was lovely. Late check in instructions were easy to follow. 4minute walk with ski gear to the lifts.

The apartment was very spacious and nicely equipped. The location is great as you can walk to the ski lift and the food store town center are easily accessible by foot as well. The staff collect the trash from rooms daily and change you towels every couple of days. The spa is also very nice and has everything you need.

Big rooms, lovely staff (Silvia and Gabi), Great location. It wasn’t a great trip due to the weather conditions and my friend getting chickenpox and me having a tumble on the slopes which spoilt the trip, but the accommodation was a shining star and we were so grateful to be there in an otherwise difficult stay.

Great location, easy walk to town and to Nasserein lift. Extremely well maintained spa area, very enjoyable after skiing. Warm and comfy, spacious apartment. Lovely for family holiday.

The location is great, within 5min walk to a main gondola for skiers, and also 5min walk to supermarket and restaurants area. Room is very spacious, and staffs are extremely helpful. View from the room is also superb.

A very warm and hospitable welcome from Silvia . From her national dress to the mini tour of the facilities, fantastic. The property is wonderfully clean and tidy. Absolutely spotless. It was my first stay in Austria we were all very impressed. The team were all very helpful and polite. A quiet location, a short walk from ski lifts and the heart of the town. Perfect. Just ideal
