It is understandable that cannot rent a bicycle after check out. It would be better if explain it when checking in (especially checked the bicycle rental option when booking).

“I would stay here again, a little noisy at night but not too bad.”
friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed, good shower. breakfast was included and just ok! it’s geared purely to Japanese tastes which of course is understandable. parking was very good.
