This was my second trip to Thailand, and once again I stayed at Kingfisher House Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was coming back to my family home. I was delighted to see the improvements since my last visit. The brand-new swimming pool is absolutely amazing, and I enjoyed spending time there every day. The family also took us to a beautiful stream where we had a wonderful BBQ. We learned how to make traditional Thai dishes, including papaya salad and grilled fish, along with many other delicious foods. They even took me to a great fishing spot, which was such a memorable experience. The breakfasts were fantastic every morning, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. A heartfelt thank you to the whole family for taking such good care of us and making us feel so welcome. Your kindness and hospitality made our stay truly special. I look forward to seeing you all again very soon. 🥰🥰🥰

Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. We did hope for a bit more communication though. We got a free shuttle service to go to the busstation, which was very nice. A short walk from the red and the wooden bridge. A 15 min. walk into town with a nightmarket in the weekend and good food stalls.

The warmth and friendliness of our hostess and family was delightful. The room was very comfortable with soft lighting and all amenities. We could choose whatever we wanted for our breakfast which was superb and beautifully presented. One evening we were spontaneously given a lift to and from the night market from one of Nan's charming daughters. We loved our stay at Kingfisher House.

“Little oasis in Sangkhlaburi”

A wonderful place to stay in Sangkhlaburi. Comfortable, tranquil rooms with extra touches to make it feel special, all set in a peaceful garden with lots of shaded seating areas. Breakfasts are delicious with lots of choice, both Thai & western food. The host & her family are lovely, helpful & friendly and kindly gave us a lift upto the bus station when we left. And its just a short walk from the Mon bridge & couple of lovely restaurants - Ounrak & Lee's Korean Kitchen. A perfect spot in Sangkhlaburi.

The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location, but only a five minute walk from the red Bridge and just 10 minutes from the night market. The Thai breakfast was delicious

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They were always there for us and went above and beyond when it came to offering favors. The room was lovely, spacious and clean with a good shower and a lovely comfortable bed. Enough space to leave your suitcase open. In addition, the appearance and decor of the entire hotel was stylish and romantic. The personal service was also evident at breakfast where an egg was fried to your liking. The excellent service in this hotel is where it distinguishes itself from other hotels in sublimity.

The lady running Kingfisher House couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. She organised a car and driver to take us to local attractions and also a lift to bus station when we left. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic and the location great- walking distance to the teak bridge and 100 meters to Baan Unrak vegan restaurant and bakery! Could not have asked for more !
