Lovely host very friendly and responsive to questions beforehand. Great location beautiful place to stay the room has everything you’ll need you can cook at home or go walk out on the beach for some food. I will come back for sure.

“Great stay on Anguilla”
Great location at Sandy Ground. Beach across the road. Balcony overlooked the lake. Within walking distance to restaurants. Mini market on site. Staff were very helpful.

“Great vacation place”
Honestly i do not write reviews because it waste my time, but for this place i will defently leave a review and say it was absolutely amazing, the staff absolutely so friendly, and so kind, and generous, the view was gorgeous, right next tot eh beach.. 30 second walk, beds comfy. not the fanciest place in the world, but more than enough if you are there for a couple days.

The room was spacious as well as most of the necessary amenities were provided, including iron and ironing board. There was a place for work, a sofa, dining table and two chairs and table with two chairs also on the terrace with the view to the pond. The Wi-Fi was good too. The kitchen was also sufficiently equipped. The furniture and appliances might be older, but that was not an issue for me. It was perfectly clean. As I do not drive, the location was not convenient for me, however I enjoyed the one night stay. The management/owners were super kind and supportive.

No breakfast . The best are the owners..Anna and Ayanna . they took me many places in their car and help me with onward flights..Ayanna is so kindly it is so pleasant speaking with her.

“Great location but a bit run down”
The location of the property is excellent with the beach of Sandy Ground just across the quiet local road and the view of the salt pond out the back. The room is large and airy with a seating area out the back. The room was cleaned well. The staff were friendly and helpful

“Great location and good value”
Location was great, right across the road from the main beach area of Sandy Ground. Owner was lovely and gave us a lift back to the ferry terminal on departure. Cooking facilities were adequate to make meals!
