No tea or coffee maker in the room. No smart tv. It’s a resort hotel but no spa or at least sauna on the premises.

This property has been newly renovated and was really lovely and spacious. Very clean throughout and the staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome. Stephanie, Emily and Marcia on reception were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Dotty, Leza and Dolly in the breakfast restaurant were very helpful with their knowledge of the area and made our stay that much more special. Thank you to all at Sawmill who went out of their way to help us enjoy our trip.

“Most enjoyable Cedar Point stay”

Great location for Cedar Point. Lovely peaceful country club setting. Excellent amenities including indoor and outdoor pool and spa...inviting pub style resto with good choice of food and drinks. Excellent buffet breakfast. On the whole the staff were friendly and efficient....special mention for Kora in bar who worked extremely hard to keep us fed and watered!

“Too expensive for the amenities that you get staying here.”

Room was ok, extremely pricy, and did not even have a coffee maker in the room. We arrived late and decided to just eat at the restaurant on location, and we only ordered sandwiches and salads, and our bill was over $100 for 3 people. It is a clean, pretty location, but for the amount we paid, you would expect more.

Resort grounds are excellent.

Extremely clean and well used space in the rooms. Lobby was inviting and market was great for coffee. Best hotel gym I have ever been in!

It was really done up in Christmas decorations and lightings. It felt extremely cozy and comfortable there. Had to be one of the cleanest hotels I’ve stayed in over the years.

Close location to Cedar Point, perfect for us after a full day at the park. Clean, comfortable room. Staff was courteous, efficient, but not exceedingly warm.

We stopped here for 5 nights in the middle of a road trip, it was a lovely break, nice to lie by the pool, great golf course, nice restaurant. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Service was phenomenal and the staff were so accommodating. The place truly felt like resort; it was peaceful and calm and the scenery was beautiful too. The room itself was very large and ours had a fireplace. There was a beautiful view of the green lawn from the window. The breakfast buffet was also really good and had a great variety of choices; something for everyone.
