“Inadequate”
I liked how hard the employees worked to meet my requests. The requests were simple such as using breakfast area for my family and I to play cards 2 nights in a row. The staff felt bad that our room was dirty (bedding not changed, floors were filthy, toilet wouldn’t flush) and their reason was correct- short staff and lack of management. There were many updates noted such as new floors, and some rooms looked like newer sinks, toilet, shower.
