I booked Hotel and location for shuttle service to Airport for early AM flight upon arrival ..I found out they do not have shuttle service to airport as advertised.....So went another hotel that does have shuttle service to airport...But still being charged for room I didnt check in to use

The hotel was well-kept and situated conveniently close to Richmond. Housekeeping did a good job of tidying up the room each day and the staff were all friendly and polite.

“Terrible bitton my right arm and vaginal area.”
I was bitten by a beg bug once I laid down on the bed. I reported to staff on duty that night they move me to different room. Told me manger would be site in the morning. Spoke to manager., older lady with salt and pepper hair. No compassio mean. Told me. oh we dont do anything about that.
