“I couldn't stay because nobody was available to open up the place.”
Place was locked up, efforts to reach phone number provided proved abortive. I had to go elswhere

“Location was very convenient for our purpose.”
Our trip was an overnight stay to get to the ferry. we arrived late and was out very early. Host made our late arrival convenient.

There was overbooking and we had to stay in the neighboring camping. We payed the same price, but the quality of the neighboring camping seems inferior to the quality of the camping we payed for.

“Lack of cleaning, smells but nice surroundings.”
Location was nice. Garten only place we can hangout after clean the table and chairs. As a camping place was nice I would stay in a tent rather than these apartments.
