It's obvious that the owner Kristian loves what he does, he stops by, chats with the guests, remembers little details. Je created a place where you feel well after a long day. I liked especially the atmosphere in the common room with the kitchen. The cat Felix was definitely the boss here, coming and leaving whenever he wanted. 😁 The kitchen was very well equiped as well. The place is just few meters from the bus stop, which is perfect.

The location is very good for access to supermarkets and some of the main sights on Vagur. The atmosphere is lovely with lots of people to meet. Christian is very welcoming and sociable.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The view is really nice. Very close to the bus stop Just 15 mins bus from airport. The vibe in the hostel is nice.

A perfect place to start your journey to the islands. Nice room, clean, the beds are comfortable, the wifi works perfectly, the kitchen and the shared living room were spacious, clean and with excellent views. Very good price-to-amenities ratio. Bathrooms and showers are common, but very clean. I also had sheets and towels for free, which was not indicated. The location is also great.

Beautiful common area with everything you need. Good location, couple of hikes just a short drive or walk away. I had planned on staying here at the beginning and end of my trip to the Faroe Islands but had to change that plan last minute. Despite not having chosen the Flex Booking with a possibility for cancelation, the Host agreed to cancel my second stay with them without any fee. It's always much appreciated when Hosts acknowledge that plans change and accommodate that, so thank you very much again!

Perfect place for one-week stay as a solo traveler in October / autumn in a only-women dormitory ! The dormitories are tiny, but the livingroom-kitchen is huge, cosy and fully equiped (and they have like 4 restrooms / 6 individual showers? I didn't count, but it was plenty enough for this time of the year). It's definitely made for backpackers and people who want to spend all day out (fishing, hicking, exploring the islands...) and come back at the hostel late evening to have a nice talk & dinner with everyone else. The highlights of the place are 100% the people, as well as the travelers than the staffs and the cat (Felix? Garfield? Everyone one had a new name for him every day haha), you will never feel alone, people will ask if you wanna join them for the day or what's your seesight plan, which for me as a solo traveler was the best way to bound and find people to go hiking with... and the sunrise & sunset views are just breathtaking!
