Expansive open air lobby with plenty of friendly and helpful staff. Aging property but still very well presented. Nice pool and good cocktail service by the pool. Comfortable beds. We left our luggage while traveling and return and this was very helpful

We arrived a day early so booked extra night. They gave us a room upgrade. The room large comfortable clean . Bed comfy, bathroom excellent. Good selection of toiletries. Breakfast nice and plentiful. We occasionally ate in hotel and the Saturday night buffet is the best meal we had in Borneo!! Swimming pool large great for proper swimming. Gym decent, have all you need including concept rower. Location is good as well, local grab taxis quick and cheap. Great stay

“Lovely hotel, staff very helpful, quiet out of town.”
Nice room, lovely pool, comfortable beds. Staff were helpful in booking us a taxi to the airport and provided a takeaway breakfast as we had an early flight. Buffet was good, excellent choice of food, lamb that had been roasting all day was delicious.

“Luxury so close to the jungle”
The swimming pool was kept spotless and very welcome each afternoon. The staff were welcoming and looked after us very well. We ate several meals in the hotel restaurant, the meals were great and the service was excellent
