The staff was really nice and helpful. Lift was quick. Room was clean and matched the price I paid. And in fact that it was a last minute booking, the whole thing was very quick. Check in was 2pm too. When I was visiting the whole Sandakan was out of water. This hotel was so fortunate to have tank water and we were very grateful of it because we were told to cancel our previous booking.

Look, it is the best value for the price. You can see that it's not completely new, but you are in the center of Sandakan, everything is nearby - the market is just across the street and the hotel itself is basically at the waterfront.

View was lovely, not a top end hotel but great for the price, the room was big and it was clean enough.
