The homestay was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for a family stay. All rooms were fully air-conditioned, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was cozy. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with basic amenities and felt safe and homely😁

“Cozy Unit at shoplot”
Very quiet surrounding and easy to get parking, there is in fact a private parking allocated for our unit. The unit is on top of a shop lot but most shops reman vacant. Washing machine, Coway water dispenser , Fridge , Internet TV is available in the unit, There is a full equipped kitchen for those who would like to do some simple cooking. Check in procedure is easy and smooth. Clear instruction on how to check in is provided by the owner the after RM100 deposit is transferred. 3 bed rooms with queen size bed can easily accommodate 6 ppl (sharing queen size bed) Free Tea bags and 3 in 1 coffee is provided. Free WIFI remain strong and stable throughout our stay.

Easy check in and keys collection. Unit has 3 rooms, all with aircond, quite cozy little unit. Equiped with washing machine, and drying area. Good Wifi. The unit has your own parking area.

The apartment building has a handy little Mini markt right at the corner of the building and other shops and restaurants across the main road about 5-8 minutes walking distance. The host was very helpful and responsive. Great value for money. The washing machine in the apartment was very handy.

“Clean and ideal for small family of 6”
Fully furnished and clean. The location is ideal if you want to visit Sepilok, War Memorial, and Pasar Malam. No fuss service by the owner; prompt and direct which I prefer.

Very comfortable & strategic location. All the lights, TV, Air-Con, water heater, washing machine & etc are in good condition & function well. I am happy & enjoyed during my stay with my family. I will come back to stay here in the future.
