Good location, although far from the center, but on plateau. breakfast and dinner are good. Room is clean, and I can see Monastery from the windown. WIFI is fast.

“Good place to explore Alaverdi and around”
The hotel is located close to Sanain monastery, it os even visible from the window. The place is quiet, the breakfast provided is not very rich (bread, jam, boiled eggs, tvorog, honey), but the host can also provide nice home-made dinners for additional cost. These were nice, with big portions. The rooms are big and warm enough for the stay in winter.

Owner Nelli and her staff were so welcoming! We had a fantastic dinner. If you are unsure what to order just tell them how hungry you are and you will get a choice of superb Armenian dishes. Rooms have a stunning view either on the canyon or the monastery. Very clean, good heating.

“Will return”
Amazing place, could stay here for a week. Surrounding like the areas nature and the UNESCO world heritage site next door are beautiful. The food good old homemade food. The rooms and bathrooms well equipped and clean.

“Perfect location and comfortable room.”
Great location next to Sanahin Monastery, comfy room, hot shower with good water pressure, warm in winter. Friendly English speaking owner. Good dinner (we paid 9000 AMD for 2 people) and typical Armenian breakfast (eggs, bread, jam, honey, tea/coffee). A great option.

“A hidden gem in Sanahin”
The hotel is a gem! It is situated a stone's throw from the Sanahin monastery and a 5 minutes walk from the Mikoyan museum. It is super clean, new, shiny, very quiet, with large bathrooms and a very tasty and filling breakfast. The landlady speaks good English. Upon request, she can prepare your dinner.
