“Loved it, Highly recommend but do rent a car!”

Initially it took a little bit of getting used to, we had planned this holiday and we had some reservations to how isolated we were, I really didn't think! We've just come back and it was the start of the season, so relatively quiet by all accounts. However, I very soon realised that our 'isolation was due to my lack of confidence driving on the other side of the road in a car where the gear shift and handbrake were on my right side! Once my confidence grew, the situation of the hotel was NEVER the issue. We planned each day for a drive to somewhere new and boats took us to where we wanted to go. I suggest going to Garda and parking your car, then getting ferry boats to other places on the Lake. The views from the hotel are stunning, the hotel food, choice, of breakfast and dinners were amazing. The staff were wonderful and the owners were accessible, available and incredibly helpful. We just have to get used to the slower pace and embrace a more relaxed way of life. Very difficult for Brits! We attempted Italian, the staff of course are all multi-lingual so never an issue, I always like to try, but many of the other guests were German, so learn some of that too.

Breakfast was wonderful with lots of choice, would have preferred fresh orange juice as opposed to machine delivered orange juice which tasted a little sweet. Evening meals were super quality and extremely good value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful and engaging. Location and views of Lake Garda were absolutely amazing. Pool and facilities were great and clean. Beds were very comfortable and provided plenty of space.

The best part is the scenery, that Italian boss provide us with a room with Garda Lake and mountain top view, which is fantastic for us to enjoy the afternoon or morning beer at the balcony. The reception man is so nice and offer help to us for many times, always wear smile.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Diana! The breakfast was excellent and plentiful, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The entire hotel was spotless—every area was clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the hotel, which made the experience even more special. The value for money is outstanding; for what you get, the price is more than fair. The location is also great, especially if you're traveling by car, as it's well-connected and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again!

We found the staff very friendly and helpful at all times.Breakfast was superb with huge selection .Large spotlessly clean en-suite and beautiful bedroom ,bed very comfortable. Fabulous view over lake from hotel room bacony.Pool looked very inviting and spotlessly clean too -only sorry didn’t have time to make use of it during our two night stay.We would thoroughly recommend Hotel Diana for those with own transport.(Just to note also free parking at hotel ).

Picturesque location with incredible views of the lake. The food in the hotel was superb, with real care and attention being invested. Likewise, the staff were incredibly helpful, and could not do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. The rooms were incredibly clean and the hotel had an authentic and classy feel to it. Our only recommendation is that you hire a car because public transport is limited. Other than that, we had the most beautiful stay and we would recommend it to anyone.

The staff was really nice ! The pool area was nice with a good view. It was a big breakfast buffet, not the best quality, but a different variety of foods. One evening, they had a man playing piano and singing.

Comfy beds, a beautiful view, delicious breakfast and a gorgeous pool. The owners and staff went out of their way to help, and even upgraded our room for no extra fee. We couldn’t make breakfast on our last morning due to early checkout, and they made a packed lunch for us instead. Would definitely recommend staying here!
