“Great location, great appartment with nice owner ...great holiday”
The appartment has a superb location in San Vito Lo Capo and is close to the beach, restaurants, the "central place". The owner was very kind to us and tried to accomodate for our few wishes in a super friendly and direct manner. The appartment is well equipped, it worked well for us as a small family travelling with a little baby. ...really great spot to stay, relax and enjoy this beautiful part of Sicily.

“Clean and comfortable beachside apartment.”
Thank you for having us Luca! Highly recommend this clean and comfortable apartment for families with young children. It has all the basics needed for an enjoyable beach holiday (eg air conditioning, washing machine, drying rack, bath towels etc). Excellent location - A 3 minute walk to the beach and countless amazing restaurants and cafes a short stroll away. Secure parking and supermarket were under 5 minutes walk away.

“A relaxing stay in San Vito lo Capo”
We have just returned to the UK (16.04.2024). We absolutely liked everything about Luca's apartment. It is very comfortable, you couldn't wish for a better location. You, step out the front entrance, and you are steps away from restaurants, cafés, shops, the famous church, and the beach. Luca is a great host, provided great breakfasts, is very knowledgeable, and answered all our questions very quickly 👏 👍 😀 I highly recommend this apartment and the service Luca provides! 5 stars plus!

Our stay was exceptional, thanks to host Luca's diligent and friendly communication. The accommodation, centrally located, is just 7 minutes from the beach, with dining and shopping nearby. Luca went above and beyond, purchasing all our breakfast requests. Parking was convenient, and the place had every utensil needed. Highly recommend!"

Perfect and very convenient location, close to restaurants, bars and of course the very nice beach. Luca as a host is great, very responsive and always available for questions. He also organized a late checkin for us and the parking is just 2 blocks away and included in the price. Thanks a lot being our host and we‘re looking forward to another stay at this great holiday flat!

Apartment is placed in the center of San Vito and it's very close to beach. Very friendly landlord.Provide breakfast. Air-conditioning,Tv,Little balcony. Recommend for couples or family.
